Northern lights are related to weather conditions, so they are not guaranteed.
Tour operator won't cancel the activity according to the weather conditions. Please check the weather forecast couple of days before the activity start. Cancellation and re-scheduling the activity is possible, if the changes are made more than 24-hours before the activity start, depending of the availability for the requested day.
